Hello & Start Up Checklist

I am so FREAKING excited for you to begin! Making the decision is the hardest part so now let’s trust the process, put in the work and enjoy the ride.

Please ensure the following is completed before your start date!

  • Read and sign Client Agreement

  • Complete Direct Debit arrangement sent to you via PayAdvantage

  • Starting photos (front, back and side) are uploaded to your 1:1 Online Coaching Facebook group

  • Starting CMs and weight are entered on the ' Data' tab in your coaching doc

  • If you aren’t already following me on Instagram, please do so I can follow you too! Remember to tag me in your posts, I LOVE IT! @_coachdanika

  • Bonus points: Complete the Values and Goal Setting modules within this client portal.

Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct aka expectations for both myself as the coach and you as the client.

Expectations of you, the client:

  • Complete check ins by 9am Friday (if applicable) unless discussed prior

  • All areas of the check-in to be completed regardless of if it's a 'good week' or 'bad week'

  • General questions and concerns to be put in to your check in, more urgent to be sent via Instagram/FB message


Expectations of me, the coach:

  • Working days/hours - Tuesday to Saturday, 6am to 5pm with the addition of some PT sessions and online work outside of these hours

  • Complete check-in responses by Friday COB when submitted by 9am Friday morning, otherwise actioned the following day (Saturday)

  • Respond to Instagram/FB messages within 12hrs with exceptions of Sunday/Monday when replies may be slower

  • Continually dedicate time to undergo training and mentoring to improve my knowledge and ability as a coach

  • Provide a safe and open environment for clients to grow and learn
