The coaching doc may look a little different for you depending on goals, what data we're tracking, if check-ins are applicable etc.
If you ever lose the link to your doc, it can be found in your Google Drive folder or in the welcome post of your 1:1 Online Coaching Facebook group!

- Where you will track your weights, sets and reps

- Exercises broken down in to body part categories
- Hyperlinks to videos demonstrating each exercise

- A meal planning template if you feel like writing your menu out for the week
- Can be especially useful if we are doing the Hand Plan portion control method

- Your goals broken down in to timeframes (completing the Goal Setting module will help!)
- Your top 10 core personal values (completing the Values module will help!)
This is important to include in our coaching doc so our goals are always front of mind. Having it in our face to remind us of who we are, what we want and why we are doing it.
Tab 7: Check in & Feedback
- A place for you to reflect and review your week
- An prompt for you to set a goal for the following week
- An opportunity for you ask any additional questions
- A place for me to provide feedback via video and respond to any questions you may have
